1. Acceptance
By using the website or a Vurthox application, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights granted to you by applicable law.
2. The service
Vurthox develops productivity tools for Apple devices. Some features may depend on the operating system, iCloud, Apple services, an internet connection, device compatibility or an in-app purchase.
3. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the applications in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store from which they were obtained. Ownership of the application or its components is not transferred.
4. Your files and responsibilities
You retain your rights to the documents and other content you process. You are responsible for having authorization to use that content, maintaining appropriate backups and reviewing the results of any conversion, editing, signing, extraction or export before using them for important purposes.
You must not use Vurthox to break the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malicious content, circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access to systems or services.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
When an application offers purchases or subscriptions through the App Store, billing, renewal, management and refunds are handled through Apple and are subject to the conditions displayed before you confirm the purchase. Vurthox.com does not currently process payments directly.
6. Intellectual property
Vurthox, its logos, interfaces, text, software and visual elements belong to VURTHOX SpA or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute, decompile or exploit these elements except where expressly permitted by law.
7. Availability and updates
We may fix, modify, add or remove features to improve security, compatibility or the user experience. We will endeavor to keep services available, but interruptions, errors or incompatibilities may occur. Features announced as coming soon do not constitute a guaranteed release date.
8. Warranties and liability
The applications are supporting tools and do not replace professional advice, human review or backups. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vurthox is not liable for losses arising from misuse, third-party services or failure to verify results. This clause does not exclude liabilities or warranties that cannot legally be limited.
9. Suspension or termination
You may stop using an application at any time. We may restrict access to connected services when necessary to protect them, comply with the law or respond to a serious breach of these terms.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory rules. We may update them when the service or regulations change; the current version and its date will always be available here.
