VURTHOX SpA, Chile, is responsible for personal data it processes directly. Privacy: privacy@vurthox.com; support: support@vurthox.com.
2. Information used
The app processes 3D models, project names, dimensions, colors, transformations, preferences, file permissions and subscription information supplied by Apple.
3. Local storage
Geometry and rendering are processed on the device. Projects stay local; VURTHOX does not receive them automatically and uses no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
4. Optional iCloud synchronization
When enabled, iCloud Drive stores and synchronizes projects across Apple devices. Apple manages storage and transfer; VURTHOX does not receive your Apple password or general access to iCloud files.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds through StoreKit and the App Store. VURTHOX does not receive complete payment details.
6. Sharing and retention
Data is disclosed only to Apple, necessary support providers, destinations you select or when required by law. Local and iCloud files remain until you delete them.
7. Security and rights
You can disable iCloud, manage projects and request access, correction or deletion of data received by VURTHOX. Apple account and purchase data are managed through Apple.
